As the lead for all creative and marketing efforts at Positive Intelligence, I concepted, created, and optimized full-funnel campaigns across B2B and B2C segments.

They needed an entire creative marketing ecosystem to support their exponential growth. I took the reins and rebuilt their strategy, messaging, and infrastructure using platforms like HubSpot to do the heavy lifting and reporting.

My focus: overhaul the creative, cut inefficiencies, find new growth opportunities, and transform recurring campaigns into a rinse-and-repeat process that delivers quarterly ROI.​

Leading the charge, I overhauled campaign strategies, honed messaging and creative, cut waste, boosted what converts, and scaled it.

  • Hands-On Leadership: Led a high-performing crew of designers, video editors, content creators, media buyers, and technical wizards. Projects hit deadlines. Budgets stayed tight. Results soared.​

  • Email & CRM Overhaul: From welcome sequences to re-engagement flows, I rebuilt and built all-new CRM campaigns in HubSpot to drive engagement and conversion.

A free online assessment taken by millions of people a year to help them discover the negative emotions and reactions that are holding them back. It's also a fantastic lead-generation tool that filters potential B2C and B2B clients into unique marketing funnels based on their actions and scores them for easy hand-off to the Sales Team.​
