As the strategic lead for all marketing efforts at Positive Intelligence, I managed full-funnel campaigns across B2B and B2C segments. My focus: sharpen messaging, cut inefficiencies, find new growth opportunities, and transform recurring campaigns into a rinse-and-repeat process that can be depended on each quarter.

TL;DR: Positive Intelligence needed a CRM ecosystem that could support a consistent high volume of growth without constant hand-holding. I took the reins and rebuilt their infrastructure using platforms like HubSpot to do the heavy lifting and reporting.

Cut, Boost, Scale — Repeat

 

As the Marketing Campaign Manager, I led the complete overhaul of our campaign strategy. My mission: cut waste, boost conversions, and build scalable systems that print results.

  • Overhauled Paid Media: Reduced ad spend by 50% while doubling the number of coaching applications. No magic tricks. Just action-oriented messaging, laser-focused targeting, and relentless optimization.

  • Built a Revenue Engine: Developed a fully automated campaign, landing page, and survey funnel that now delivers an additional $25K/month in passive income. 

  • Email & CRM Overhaul: From welcome sequences to re-engagement flows, I rebuilt and built all-new CRM campaigns in HubSpot to drive engagement and conversion. 

  • B2B & B2C Marketing: Crafted and executed brand messaging across both audiences, tailoring tone, content, and offers for maximum impact in each segment.

  • Supported Dream Team: Led a high-performing crew of designers, video editors, and content creators. Projects hit deadlines. Budgets stayed tight. Engagement soared.

  • AI-Powered Precision: I dove headfirst into AI to uncover missed opportunities, lost leads, customer journey stress tests, and generate data-backed reports that shaped next steps.
